In 1981, United Forms Finishing (UFF) Company’s first piece of paper was folded on the coffee table in the living room and over 40 years later, we’re still providing the same kind of hands-on attention our clients expect.

At the helm is our president and founder, Liz Demkin, a woman who is no stranger to paper cuts and toner stains.  In addition, among the staff you will find her husband, Paul; two daughters, Veronica and Penelope; and a host of people who have been with the company for many years. 

Our initial clientele came from the banking and employee benefits industries – areas in which confidentiality, trust, and data safety are of utmost importance -so UFF’s mindset has always held these values to be paramount in how we conduct business. Because we know the importance of mailing every piece, we mail EVERY piece!

What’s more, UFF listens, and with four decades in printing and mailing, we are creative problem solvers. Very often, a client will come to us unsure how to proceed. Questions might be whether we can create a design, what file formats we need, should they do offset vs digital printing, use an envelope vs self-mailer, what paper type is best, which postal rate is appropriate, what kind of turn around to expect. We guide them to the best, most cost-effective solutions that meet their needs.

We are a 100% WBE (WBENC certified) based in Hillside NJ near the I-95, I-78, Rt-22 and the GSP. UFF is proud have SOC Type 2 clearance, something that is exceedingly rare in a company of our size.
